As a nonprofit organization, we offer reduced fee services for parents whose child is eligible for a free or reduced lunch under the federal guidelines. The educational outcome for the majority of the students we advocate for are graduation, passing the state exit exams, going on for vocational training, and/or becoming contributing citizens within their communities. Some go on to college, others join the work force and those are the types of success that keep us strong with our convictions that all children need to be provided with an appropriate education so that they too can succeed in life with whatever they choose to do. We truly leave no child behind!
Educational Consulting: From age 3 to 22, we provide consulting and advocacy services to parents of children who are identified or soon to be identified with special needs according to the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act-2004 and American's with Disabilities Act, through records assessments, team meetings, mediation, and hearing.
Post Secondary Educational Consulting: We provide consultation when a young adult decides to transition to college, knowing what accommodations to ask for, what your rights are, and how to maneuver through the college system to make sure you have the best chance at a higher education.
Court Advocacy: We provide consulting and advocacy services to parents of children with special needs that helps court personnel understand the needs of the child and to help release the child from the juvenile justice system.
Records Assessment: A copyrighted assessment tool that no parent of a child with special needs should be without, we tell you everything you need to know about the disability, presentations, needs, services, accommodations and modifications; what evaluations were not comprehensive and which ones are needed; with the goal of helping you make informed decisions about your child's educational future.
Group Trainings: For children, school and court personnel, college classes and other entities, we provide training topics on disabilities, laws, and other disability related topics.
